Amongst the most economic light oil plays in North America, the Braeburn play offers excellent capital efficiencies. Longshore’s land position has stacked reservoir benches, making our lands uniquely resource dense and focusing development around owned and operated infrastructure. Longshore was an early entrant in the play and swiftly accumulated a large fairway of premium Lower Charlie Lake acreage. Significant technical advancement has unlocked more efficient development and meaningful inventory. Industry activity in the Braeburn has accelerated rapidly as the play has proven capable of delivering industry-leading, repeatable high-rate light oil well performance.

The Mannville play is characterized by thick, conventional, highly permeable sandstone reservoirs. Perpetual innovation, creativity and internal expertise gave rise to Longshore’s unique extraction technique, horizontal multi-perf (HZMP), a breakthrough that unlocks resources formerly believed to be inaccessible. Longshore’s HZMP application provides opportunity for repeatable results, maintaining 5000 bopd and generating significant free cashflow after quick payouts. Longshore has a large inventory of high-quality locations capable of providing low-decline oil production and sustained free cashflow over the next decade.

The Montney is recognized as a world-class, premier resource play. The prolific and regionally extensive nature of the Montney reservoir yields long-life production and large reserves. Longshore owns contiguous Montney land blocks that are adjacent to large-scale Montney developments in Goose, Pouce Coupe, and Progress.
